Three marvellous guys from Laloland in Germany started 2016 before christmas founding the band project “space pirates and the fuzzy unicorn”. With their spacy stony doomy fuzzy rock metal grunge electro sound they prevented the neighbourhood from sleeping and where kicked out of their first headquarter pretty soon!
Starting rearranging cover-songs and filtering their musical interestests, they began writing their own songs. Since summer 2017 they created more than 13 new songs. The project became a band. So it was time to start the year with a new name “down_beyond”.
Finally in 2019 the the new Album was recorded at red stone studios and their EP punkadelic doom pop was released in January 2021.
During the covid pandemic rehearsals were not continued and 2023 the band project was terminated and the former members moved on…
